Olympic Swimmer Natalie Coughlin Visits Vidicom's Studios

It’s almost time for students across the country to go back to school and some students are very interested in viewing textbooks on their tablet.  Vidicom CEO Christy Ferer found an interesting article that was recently published on Mashable.com that reported 71% students who use tablets are interested in accessing textbooks on them. 
Christy feels technology is a very powerful tool that will enable students to learn effectively while at school. She also thinks technology is going to be more advanced in the next few years as more apps are being generated and more people learn different skills on smart phones, tablets and other devices.

At Vidicom, employees are very technological savvy and they enjoy reading on the latest trends in the technology world. Christy encourages her employees to be up to date with the education and skills needed to serve their clients.

Vidicom's Christy Ferer Shares This NY Times Article: A Better Way to Bring Your Desktop to Your iPad

Vidicom been very busy keeping up with the latest technology trends. The New York Times published an article about a great way to bring a computer’s desktop to the iPad. A new app, Parallels Access, allows you to run the desktop on an iPad. The company is best known for letting you run Windows on a Mac. The way it works is you can log in remotely to your iPad even if your Mac or PC is thousands of miles away.

Out CEO, Christy Ferer, loves learning about technology and the cool things you can do with iPads and smart phones. Although there are plenty of apps that allow you view your desktop on an iPad, Parallels Access is a better app because it’s easy to use and doesn’t require any routers or port numbers.
